Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries professionally.
Understand customer concerns and provide the best possible resolution.
Deliver a positive customer experience while interacting with customers from the USA.

Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with up to 6 months of experience in Customer Support, Customer Care, BPO, Call Center, or any customer-facing role are also eligible.
Mandatory Requirement Candidates must have fluent spoken English, as the role involves interacting with customers based in the United States.
