Looking for an effective and experienced dental assistant and receptionist for our dental clinic at Gokul plots, Kphb

Responsibilities:

· Greet patients and visitors in a qualified and friendly manner.

· Schedule patient appointments and maintain the dentist's calendar.

· Answer phone calls and respond to emails, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling requests.

· Verify patient information and insurance coverage, updating records as necessary.

· Collect and process payments for services rendered, including co-pays and deductibles.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and front desk.

· Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow.

· Assist with filing and organizing patient records, both physical and electronic.

· Proficiency in Telugu, English required

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
