Location: Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the cold storage facility for spices and pulses.
Maintain optimum temperature and humidity to ensure product quality.
Supervise warehouse staff, loadmen, housekeeping, and security personnel.
Monitor refrigeration/AC plants and coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
Ensure proper inventory management, loading/unloading, and stock accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness, pest control, and food safety standards.
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, fire, and labour regulations.
Prepare daily operational reports and maintain temperature and maintenance records.
Requirements
Diploma/Graduate in any relevant discipline.
3+ of experience in cold storage or warehouse operations.
Hands-on experience with refrigeration/AC plants is mandatory.
Positive leadership, warehouse management, and documentation skills.
