You will be responsible for:
Lead and facilitate cross-functional review committee meetings, including setting up call, preparing and presenting materials, sharing minutes of the meeting.
Prepare meeting agendas and manage asset calendars to ensure review readiness.
Partner with Business Owners to understand upcoming materials, tactical plans, and key project timelines.
Coordinate and manage assets related to promotional materials in collaboration with agencies and internal stakeholders.
Manage Medical, Legal and Regulatory Workflows and coordinate with MLR Teams, Internal Stakeholders and Agencies on Content Lifecycle.
Manage the review and approval process of Promotional Materials in Veeva PromoMats.
Share best practices and contribute ideas to improve the overall DAM process & Platform.
Support onboarding and training of new users in Veeva, including guidance on the review workflow.
Manage the Reference Library review and approval process aligned with and respond to brand team queries related to Veeva Vault PromoMats and its ways of working




Provide ad hoc support on other team projects where required.

Desired Profile (Key Skills)
Experience working with promotional materials in a marketing or regulatory workplace.
Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats, ideally from a marketing or reviewer perspective.
Robust coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
Creating Impactful PowerPoint Presentations
Comfortable presenting in meetings and leading discussions.
Flexibility to adapt to changing DAM requirements and technologies.
Experience using the Project Manager role in Veeva PromoMats.
Familiarity with Power BI dashboard.
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Any Certifications related to the platform, like Aprimo certification, Veeva Vault Administration Certification, etc.
