Work Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM
Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with business clients including phone calls, emails, and meetings.
Manage payment recovery through effective communication with corporate clients, negotiation, and legal action when necessary.
Conduct field collections by visiting clients' office to collect overdue payments.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues related to payment collection.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent (English) communication skills for effective interaction with customers at various levels.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity standards.
2+ years of experience in collections or a similar role.
2 wheeler mandatory for this role.
