Responsibilities:
They are responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, maintaining robust relationships, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
The role involves addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and acting as a liaison between clients and various internal teams.
Build and maintain solid client relationships through regular communication and a client-centric approach.
Investigate and resolve client issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, technical support, or operations, to address client needs and resolve complex problems.
Gather feedback from clients to understand their satisfaction levels, pain points, and suggestions for improvement.
Ensure that all client interactions and support activities align with the company's quality standards and policies
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in client support or a related role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling client issues.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
