Roles and Responsibilities: Lead data migration workstreams including ETL execution, data mapping, and migration run support.

Use SQL to analyze source/target datasets, reconcile record counts, and troubleshoot data discrepancies.

Perform data validation using defined rules, validation checks, and reconciliation reports to ensure data integrity.

Coordinate migration testing cycles (pre-migration, migration, and post-migration validation) and track defects to closure.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure SAP S/4HANA migration readiness and successful data cutover.

Skills Required

6 - 8 years of relevant experience in data migration, ETL, and data validation.





ETL experience for building and executing migration data flows.

SQL for data profiling, transformation support, and reconciliation between source and target.

Hands-on data migration experience with structured execution and cutover support.

SAP S/4HANA data migration experience and familiarity with migration data handling.

Data validation experience including reconciliation, rule-based checks, and quality reporting.

Positive to Have

SSIS experience for ETL/migration workflows.

SAP Data Migration experience.

SAP Master Data experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
