Role- FOS Collection ResponsibilitiesVisit customers to collect overdue loan/EMI payments. Follow up with delinquent customers and resolve pending collection cases. Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Update collection status, customer feedback, and visit reports in the assigned application/system. Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities. Build and maintain skilled customer relationships while ensuring recovery.
Follow all company policies, banking guidelines, and compliance requirements during field visits. Coordinate with branch officials and team leaders regarding collection progress. EligibilityMinimum 12th pass (graduation may be preferred in some locations).
At least 1 year of experience in field collections or recovery. Valid two-wheeler driving license and own bike. Valuable communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
