Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Record customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams and follow up until resolution.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
Educate customers about products, services, and best practices.
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.




Prepare daily and weekly customer support reports.
Ensure adherence to company policies and service quality standards.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Customer-centric attitude with positive interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.
Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, Telugu are mandatory.
