Role Overview

We are hiring Control Panel Wiring Technicians with robust hands-on skills in electrical wiring, cabling, and panel assembly. The right candidate should be able to read electrical drawings and execute wiring work independently.

Key Responsibilities
Perform cable cutting, stripping, crimping, and routing as per layout/panel design.
Assemble and wire control panels, distribution boards, APFC panels, and PLC/automation panels.
Carry out soldering and termination of wires, connectors, and terminals.
Identify and select proper wire sizes, lugs, ferrules, and sleeves.
Read and follow wiring diagrams, GA drawings, and schematics accurately.
Conduct continuity testing, troubleshooting, and basic quality checks.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in the workplace.

Requirements
ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics.
1–3 years of experience in control panel wiring or electrical assembly.
Strong skills in wiring, crimping, soldering,



and routing.
Ability to understand and execute from electrical drawings.
Familiar with tools like cutters, crimpers, and multimeters.
Good attention to detail, teamwork, and safety awareness.
