Three posts, Mumbai, Delhi and Vadodara location. Reporting to Head Credit Control. Bachelor of Commerce with 7 years experience in debt recovering, monitoring and review overdue accounts. Responsible for resolving billing disputes and collaborate with internal departments, maintaining detailed records of interactions and payments, preparing reports on collection progress and account status and ensuring compliance with company collection regulations.
Having valuable negotiation skills, effective communication and positive interpersonal skills. Preferred to have worked with Govt. sectors. Proficient in MS-Excel. Willing to travel 15 days in a month. Minimum age 30 years.
