Role & responsibilities

Collection

Contacting customers via phone, email, and letters to ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts/ EMDS/BG’s/ SD paid & deducted

Resolving billing and customer credit issues and disputes promptly.

Visiting customer office wherever required at any time

Account Reconciliation

Reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions.

Investigating and resolving discrepancies in payments and billing.

Updating account records and maintaining accurate customer information.

Reporting

Generating and analyzing aged debtors reports to track overdue accounts.

Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual credit control reports for senior management.

Relationship Management





Frequent visits to customer and building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to facilitate smooth payment processes.

Liaising with sales and customer service teams to address customer queries and concerns promptly

Collaborating with internal stakeholders to streamline credit control processes and improve efficiency.

Any other work as and when assigned by the management/company from time to time.
