We are seeking a highly skilled FEA Non-Linear Thermal Analysis Engineer with expertise in HyperWorks (HyperMesh HyperView), Abaqus, and Thermal Load Analysis to join our engineering team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality finite element models, performing non-linear thermal and structural simulations, and delivering engineering solutions for automotive components, preferably within exhaust and powertrain systems.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in meshing, post-processing, thermal loading, and non-linear analysis using industry-standard CAE tools.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain high-quality FE models using HyperMesh.
Perform non-linear thermal and structural analyses using Abaqus.
Execute thermal load simulations and evaluate component durability and performance.
Conduct result visualization and post-processing using HyperView.
Correlate simulation results with design requirements and testing outcomes.
Identify critical failure modes and recommend design improvements.
Work closely with design, product development, and validation teams.
Prepare technical reports and present simulation findings to stakeholders.
Support product development activities within automotive programs.
