We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive business decisions and improve operational performance.
Key responsibilities
Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources.
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
Create data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
Generate MIS reports and support business teams with data-driven insights.
Maintain data accuracy and ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting requirements.
Assist in automating reports and improving data processes.
Required skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, charts).
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Eligibility
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Internship or project experience in data analysis will be an added advantage.
