Key Responsibilities • Welcome and assist customers visiting the project.
Conduct project presentations and sample flat walkthroughs.
Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Maintain customer records and CRM.
Coordinate site visits and follow-ups.
Work closely with the marketing team to manage enquiries.
Deliver a premium customer experience throughout the customer journey.
