About the Role

Inland Hospital is seeking a skilled and dedicated Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon to provide comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of musculoskeletal disorders and traumatic injuries. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality orthopedic care through outpatient consultations, inpatient services, emergency management, and surgical interventions.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct OPD consultations and evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
Diagnose and manage fractures, dislocations, sports injuries, arthritis, spine disorders, osteoporosis, and other bone and joint diseases.
Perform elective and emergency orthopedic surgeries, including trauma and fracture fixation procedures.
Manage orthopedic emergencies and provide timely surgical intervention when required.
Conduct daily inpatient ward rounds and monitor post-operative recovery.
Interpret X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and other diagnostic investigations relevant to orthopedic practice.




Collaborate with anesthesiologists, physiotherapists, physicians, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, rehabilitation, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and infection control practices.
Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, CMEs, and departmental meetings.

Qualifications
MBBS with MS/DNB in Orthopaedics from a recognized institution.
Valid National Medical Commission (NMC) / State Medical Council registration.
Fellowship in Joint Replacement, Arthroscopy, Spine Surgery, or Trauma (preferred but not mandatory).
Relevant post-qualification experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
