We are seeking a Desktop Engineer who is technically sound, customer-focused, and well-presented to manage and support our day-to-day IT operations.

Responsibilities
Set up and manage desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices
Resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues
Ensure smooth functioning of computer systems and network connectivity
Install, upgrade, and maintain Windows, drivers, and applications
Respond to technical support requests and provide timely resolutions
Monitor system performance and maintain IT equipment

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Hardware & Networking, or related field
Hands-on experience in desktop support and troubleshooting
Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
Solid communication skills with a positive, skilled attitude

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
