Role Description The Data Analyst is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Nashik Area. In this position, the Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data related to hosting performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.

Daily responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, identifying trends, creating data models to support decision-making, and collaborating with teams such as Product, Operations, and Customer Support to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.



The role also involves monitoring key performance indicators, validating data quality, and preparing transparent, concise presentations and documentation to share insights with stakeholders.

Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and practical experience with data analytics.
Knowledge of statistics and ability to apply statistical methods to real-world datasets.
Experience with data modeling and designing datasets that support reporting and forecasting.
Effective communication skills for presenting complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Attention to detail, solid problem-solving abilities, and a structured approach to working with large datasets.
Experience in web hosting, internet services, or a technology-driven environment is a plus.
