Key Responsibilities: End-User Support

Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals (Windows, macOS, Linux).

Provision, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issues.

Coordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams.

Office Infrastructure

Suppor tSupport office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, and workplace technologies

.Install, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, and related infrastructure equipment

.Assist with smart office solutions, digital signage, and conference room technologies

.Coordinate with vendors and support scheduled maintenance activities

.Asset Managemen tConduct inventory audits and maintain accurate asset records .

Project & Site Suppo rt

Receive, register, label, image, deploy, track, and maintain IT asse ts.Coordinate warranty repairs, device redeployment, disposal, and stock manageme nt.Ensure compliance with asset management policies and audit requiremen ts.Support office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations,
