Description We are seeking a Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) to join our energetic team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound calls, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved effectively.

Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer calls and provide support for inquiries and issues.

Document all interactions with customers accurately and in a timely manner.
