Role Description The Data Science Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for turning platform and user data into actionable insights that improve interview practice experiences and business outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and cleaning data from multiple sources, performing exploratory data analysis, and applying statistical and machine learning methods to understand user behavior and platform performance.

The specialist will build and maintain dashboards and reports, collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to support data-driven decisions,



and design experiments to test new features and content strategies. The role also involves documenting methodologies, ensuring data quality, and communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Data Science and Data Analytics skills, including familiarity with common frameworks and tools.
Candidates should possess solid Data Analysis and Analytical Skills to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
Candidates should possess a robust foundation in Statistics, including hypothesis testing, regression, and experimental design.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is beneficial.
Experience working with large datasets, online platforms, or edtech products is an advantage.
Ability to communicate insights clearly, collaborate in cross-functional remote teams, and manage multiple projects independently.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
