Role & responsibilities:
Handling end-to-end NRI account opening, modification, and maintenance cases (NRE/NRO accounts).
Handling NRI trade file reporting to the tie up banks.
Remitting payout for Foreign National clients & ensuring regulations has been met for payouts.
Taking care of NRI taxation & tax related queries.
Ensuring strict adherence to FEMA, PMLA, FATCA, and CRS standards.
Coordinating with internal teams, partner banks, and relationship managers/dealers to resolve processing bottlenecks within target turnaround times (TAT).
Maintaining accurate Management Information System (MIS) trackers for pending and completed cases.
Having knowledge in FATCA/ CRS compliance & processing.
Managing any other NRI operations related activities.
Preferred candidate profile
Education : Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration with 4 - 5 years of back-office /operations experience.
Sound understanding of RBI guidelines, FEMA regulations, Taxation and NRI products.
Robust analytical abilities, attention to detail, data sanctity maintenance and positive written/verbal communication.
