ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Platform & Kubernetes Engineering
Design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes-based platforms and customer-managed clusters.
Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance in production settings.
Infrastructure as Code & CI/CD
Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and GitOps practices using Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, and FluxCD.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to support multi-service deployments.
Observability, Security & Operations
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
Apply DevSecOps best practices, support enterprise deployments, and participate in on-call support as required.
Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and DevOps best practices.
Must-have Skills:
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes cluster design,



deployment, and management.
Experience implementing enterprise-grade DevSecOps standards and security compliance.
Proficiency in Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, and FluxCD.
Solid experience constructing and managing pipelines via GitHub Actions.
Deep familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.

Nice-to-have Skills:
Production on-call experience and expertise writing operational runbooks.

Pay: ₹397,240.99 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
