Nilgriva Stockflow Advisory Pvt. Ltd. is building a premium network of car detailing studios and is looking for a passionate Car Detailing Maniacs Manager to lead studio operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive business growth.
Location: Noida
Experience: 0–3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: Up to ₹3.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the car detailing studio.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the detailing team.
Ensure premium service quality and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer consultations, queries, and issue resolution.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Manage inventory, tools, equipment, and workshop operations.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Required Skills
0–3 years of experience in car detailing, automobile service, workshop operations, or customer service.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
Sales and business development aptitude.
Knowledge of Ceramic Coating, Paint Protection Film (PPF), Paint Correction, and detailing services.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Qualification: Graduate (Automobile background preferred, Postgraduate MBA preferred).
