Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Manage lead generation campaigns to drive qualified business inquiries.
Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
Create and manage the content calendar for social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and user engagement using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Improve website conversions through landing page optimization and A/B testing.
Collaborate with the design, content, sales, and business development teams to execute marketing campaigns.
Track marketing KPIs, prepare campaign reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Manage the company's online reputation and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms,



and industry best practices.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
Understanding of lead generation strategies and conversion optimization.
Experience with keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO.
Solid analytical and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Creative thinking with a results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 36 years in Digital Marketing, with experience leading campaigns or teams.
Digital marketing certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) will be an added advantage.
