Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimation Engineer to develop accurate, timely, and cost-effective estimates for labor, materials, and equipment involved in engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of technical drawings, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop precise and cost-effective estimates for labor, materials, and equipment in support of engineering and construction projects.

Calculate project costs and timelines with a high degree of accuracy.

Analyze and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to determine scope, budget, and schedules.

Plan, review, and finalize comprehensive cost plans and budgets.

Prepare, review, and present cost estimates and financial projections to management and stakeholders.

Evaluate vendor quotations and create comparative bid packages to aid in vendor selection.

Monitor and track project costs throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.





Participate in project meetings and maintain transparent and consistent communication with internal and external project teams.

Monitor and assess changes in project scope; revise estimates as needed to reflect updates or modifications.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and propose process improvements to enhance overall project efficiency.

Utilize ERP systems for cost modeling and data management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in cost estimation for engineering or construction projects.

Proficiency in interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and specifications.

Robust analytical and mathematical skills with a keen eye for detail.

Experience with ERP systems and modeling tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficient in MS Excel, estimation software, and cost management tools.

Experience: 6–10 years in Real Estate
