Job Purpose

Role Overview

We are looking for a Planning & Strategy qualified to support business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination. The role involves identifying business opportunities, improving operational efficiency, and driving data-backed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Develop short-term and long-term business strategies aligned with company goals
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis
Support annual operating plans, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Track key business KPIs and prepare management dashboards/reports
Identify growth prospects, cost optimization areas, and process improvements
Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams
Prepare presentations and strategic recommendations for leadership reviews
Monitor execution of strategic initiatives and ensure timely delivery
Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or related field




MBA preferred for mid/senior roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
Experience with business planning, MIS reporting, and strategy frameworks
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, cross-functional environment

Preferred Experience
2–8 years of experience in Strategy, Business Planning, Consulting, FP&A;, or Corporate Planning
Experience in sectors such as FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Technology, or Startups is a plus
