Overall monitoring of Finance &
Accounts and Commercial department of the Company.
Controlling of statutory books of accounts of the company and monitoring of day-to-day transactions.
Finalization and review of financial statements and ensure compliance of accounting standards.
Cash flow management
Compliance for Bank facilities in terms of working capital &
Term loan facilities
Budgeting &
Controlling
Financial reporting
Credit control and Forex management
Compliance related to statutory audit, tax audit and internal audit.
Direct &
Indirect Tax compliance and ensuring timely preparation and filing of periodic Returns.
Lodgment & monitoring of claims under RIPS
