FTE: Senior Engineer – AI Shiksha Labs

At CherYsh, we’re enabling rural students with future-ready skills through our AI Shiksha programs under CherYsh Shiksha Kendra. We’re looking for a passionate educator to bring AI and programming learning to life for young minds.

Role Overview

As an AI Shiksha Educator, you will design and deliver engaging learning experiences in coding and basic AI for students (Classes 6–10), while training facilitators and building digital confidence in classrooms.

What You’ll Do

● Design and deliver AI & programming curriculum (Scratch, Python, basic AI tools)

● Create hands-on, project-based learning modules

● Train and mentor teachers and facilitators

● Conduct interactive sessions, workshops, and mini hackathons

● Support digital learning setup and program implementation

● Encourage student innovation and problem-solving projects

Who We’re Looking For





● Fresher or Bachelor background or Masters in Computer Science / Engineering or related technical field

● Robust fundamentals in programming (Python/Scratch)

● Strong Interest in AI toolkits, related Prompt methods and digital education

● Passion for teaching and working with school students

● Ability to simplify complex concepts into practical learning

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
