Key Responsibilities
Review projects received via email or Invitation to Bid (ITB) and assess bid feasibility.
Create and manage project opportunities in Salesforce while maintaining accurate documentation.
Analyse construction drawings, architectural plans, and project specifications.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, including:
Room-level measurements
Floor and wall square footage
Cove base linear measurements
Product specifications
Use Bluebeam to extract and validate project measurements.
Develop and maintain structured take-off spreadsheets in Excel.
Upload marked drawings, specifications, and estimation documents into Salesforce.
Collaborate with Territory Managers (TM) to discuss project progress and key findings.
Identify project risks, special conditions, and deviations from requirements.
Required Skills
Robust ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for estimation and data management.
Experience with Bluebeam or similar estimating software (preferred).
Knowledge of construction estimating and cost analysis.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of measurement accuracy.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
