Corporate transactions like Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint ventures etc.
On various regulatory matters which include FEMA, Transfer pricing etc.
Provide assistance in fund raising activities
Assess fair market value of intangibles such brand value, customer contracts, patents, research and development, customer relations, and other such intangibles Desired Candidate Profile Essential - Chartered Accountant / MBA
Financial analysis skills
Aware of valuation basics Valuable to have - 0.5 - 1 year experience in Valuation
