PIE Builders & Developers is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to prepare accurate technical drawings for residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of architectural drafting standards, building plans, and construction details.

Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.
Convert design concepts into accurate technical drawings.
Revise drawings based on architect and client feedback.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and standards.
Maintain organized project documentation and drawing revisions.
Assist in preparing submission drawings and working drawings.

Requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction detailing.
Ability to interpret design sketches and convert them into technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.




Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other BIM software is an advantage.
Familiarity with residential and commercial building projects.
Basic understanding of structural and MEP drawings.

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
Freshers with strong AutoCAD skills are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in architectural drafting is preferred.
