Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Safety, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 10 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing / industrial workplace Robust knowledge of OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (OHSAS 18001), and relevant local regulations.
Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and root cause analysis tools. Excellent communication and training skills to engage employees at all levels. Ability to influence and drive a safety culture in a diverse workforce.
Certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, CSP, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹1,405,246.87 per month
