Job Summary

Deccan Nutraceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented EXIM Intern to support the Export-Import team in managing international trade operations and documentation. This internship provides hands-on exposure to export-import procedures, logistics coordination, customs documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and maintaining export and import documentation.
Support shipment planning, tracking, and coordination with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, customs agents, and transporters.
Maintain shipment records and update MIS reports.
Assist in preparing invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and other EXIM documents.
Ensure documentation complies with DGFT, Customs, and other regulatory requirements.
Follow up on shipments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Support the team in resolving shipment-related issues.
Maintain organized records of import/export transactions.
Perform other EXIM and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria
Pursuing or recently completed BBA, B.Com, MBA (International Business), MBA (Supply Chain), BMS, or any relevant graduation/post-graduation.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Stipend: ₹8,000 per month
