Job Role: Electrical Designer / Electrical Design Engineer

Work Location: Bangalore (5 Days Work From Office)

Work Experience: 3–10 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering.

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in design and development of the following products is mandatory:
Motors – BLDC, PMSM, Stepper, Synchronous, Brushed DC, Induction
Sensors – Hall Assemblies, LVDTs, RVDTs, Resolvers
Actuators – Electromechanical Actuators, Direct Drive, Gear Drive
Solenoids – Push/Pull, Single/Multi Coil, Pressurised Applications

• Expertise in analytical design and CAD design using FEM tools:
Maxwell
RMXprt
Speed
MotorCAD
Flux
Magnet

• Experience in creating recent designs from scratch independently.
Experience in product development, test & validation, and qualification testing.
Working knowledge of servo electronics, data acquisition, LabVIEW or similar tools for testing the above-mentioned products.
Experience in Aerospace, Space & Defence industry and AS9100 process.
Creative thinking for current technology developments.

Responsibilities




Design and develop electromechanical products and subsystems such as servo motors, sensors, electromechanical actuators and solenoids.
Perform electrical & magnetic design and analysis using FEM tools and other analytical methods.
Conceptualize, design and detail components & LRUs for Aerospace, Space, Defence and special applications.
Responsible for Current Product Development.
Design necessary test rigs.
Transfer technology to the production team by preparing assembly process documentation, work instructions, test procedures and test reports.
Train and lead junior team members as required.
