Job Title: Field Sales Officer Jaipur

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Officer to expand our business presence in Rajasthan. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Polyhouses, Net Houses, Drip Irrigation, Sprinkler Irrigation, and Pond Development. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of field sales experience, preferably in the agriculture or irrigation sector.

This is a field-based role that requires regular visits to farmers, dealers, consultants, and project sites to generate business and establish a robust customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities across Rajasthan through field visits.
Meet farmers, dealers, FPOs, consultants, and institutional customers.
Promote and sell Polyhouse, Net House, Irrigation, Pond Development, and other protected cultivation solutions.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical discussions with customers.
Identify new project opportunities and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with the technical and operations team for project execution.




Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback.
Monitor competitor activities and identify market opportunities.
Represent the company at exhibitions, farmer meetings, and promotional events whenever required.
Develop and expand the company’s market presence in Rajasthan through consistent field engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (agriculture/irrigation preferred).
Positive knowledge of Polyhouse, Net House, Drip Irrigation, Sprinkler Irrigation, and Pond Development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.
