Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 19001 standards.
Lead efficiency, waste reduction, and quality improvement projects.
Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Interpret engineering drawings; apply GD&T; for accuracy.
Use SAP PP for scheduling, planning, and tracking.
Generate production/inventory reports via ERP systems.
Manage and motivate staff to meet performance targets.
Provide training, mentoring, and skill development.
Foster accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
Promote protected practices across production activities.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.
Present KPI dashboards to management.
