About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a designer label and possess a robust understanding of luxury womenswear, garment construction, textiles, and surface development.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design and development of seasonal collections from concept to final garment.
Develop garment silhouettes, technical details, and design specifications.
Research fashion, textiles, colours, silhouettes, and market trends.
Work closely with pattern masters and sampling teams to achieve the desired fit and finish.
Develop embroidery and surface embellishment concepts
Ensure garments meet quality, construction, and finishing standards.




Coordinate with merchandising and production teams to maintain development timelines.

Requirements
3–4 years of experience, preferably with an Indian designer label or luxury fashion brand.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design from a recognised institute.
Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern development, fabrics, and garment finishing.
Good knowledge of Indian textiles, embroideries, and surface embellishment techniques.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong visual sensibility with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a rapid-paced environment.
Positive communication and collaborative skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
