Ø Purpose of Position-
To supervise electrical installation, testing, and compliance works related to overall project execution and Fire NOC requirements.
The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy

Ø Major Responsibilities –
Monitor installation of electrical infrastructure as per GFC drawings.
Supervise HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, cable routing, earthing & lightning protection.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.
Oversee T&C; of all electrical and ELV systems.
Review shop drawings, load schedules, and single‑line diagrams (SLDs).
Coordinate with façade, HVAC, mechanical, and fire protection teams for service integration.
Maintain documentation, inspection records, and test reports.
Assist in material inspection, technical reviews, and contractor billing.

Ø Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs) -




Timely completion of electrical installation & commissioning activities.
Zero electrical safety violations.
Quality of electrical works (audit outcomes, NCRs).
Accuracy of test results and compliance certificates.
Coordination efficiency with other service providers.

Ø Qualification, Experience and Technical knowledge-
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
8 years experience in high‑rise commercial/retail projects.
Expert knowledge of HT/LT systems, ELV, IBMS, Fire Alarm, and life safety systems.
Understanding of IE rules, IS standards, energy‑effective design principles.
