Role & responsibilities
Implement and monitor the Control Plan at each stage of the BESS assembly process; conduct in-process quality audits at workstations.
Perform or supervise Final QA testing of assembled BESS units against the Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP).
Record and report process quality findings/deviations; coordinate real-time containment with Production supervisors.
Maintain SPC data for critical process parameters; participate in FMEA reviews and suggest control-plan improvements.
Prepare final inspection reports and Quality Release certificates; provide data for management quality review meetings.

Preferred candidate profile
Understanding of BESS assembly cell stacking, module assembly, BMS integration, and final wiring.
Comfortable with control plans, work instructions, FMEA, and basic statistical process control (SPC).
Able to operate electrical/mechanical test instruments independently; robust interpersonal skills for working with operators and supervisors.
