About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for graduates and freshers who enjoy interacting with people, travelling for client meetings, and building strong business relationships. Candidates should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work in the field to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct field sales activities by visiting assigned vendors, clients, and business partners.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with vendors and customers.
Generate recent B2B business opportunities through regular field visits and networking.
Promote the company's products and services to potential clients.
Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, promotional events, and corporate meetings to represent the company.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requirements.
Maintain daily records of meetings, client visits, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with prospective and existing clients.

Eligibility
Graduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply.




Freshers and candidates with internship or prior field sales experience are welcome.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
Confident in meeting clients independently.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Valuable presentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Work Schedule
Flexible schedule based on business requirements and field activities.
Rotational week off.
Candidates should be comfortable attending client meetings, promotional events, or exhibitions whenever required.
