Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions for international clients
Provide accurate, timely, and customer-focused resolutions
Maintain high standards of professionalism and communication
Ensure excellent customer experience across all touchpoints
Adhere to quality standards, SLAs, and performance metrics

Eligibility Criteria

• Undergraduate or Graduate Freshers(Any Stream)

• Minimum 6 months of International Voice Experience (Mandatory)




Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
Robust interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (UK/US) & from office

Compensation & Growth
Minimum 30% Hike on Last Drawn Salary
Maximum Package: Fresher - Up to 4.5 LPA

Experienced Up to 7.15 LPA
