Role Description The Export Manager role at S R Forgings is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana.

The Export

Manager will oversee day-to-day international sales and export operations, including managing export documentation, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. This role involves identifying and developing current overseas markets, building and maintaining relationships with international clients, and negotiating pricing and contracts to achieve sales targets.

The Export

Manager will collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, monitor market trends and competitor activity,



and prepare regular reports on export performance and business opportunities.

Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in export operations, including documentation, logistics coordination, and regulatory compliance.

Solid business planning abilities, with experience in setting targets, forecasting, and developing growth strategies.

Knowledge of international business and international trade practices, including Incoterms, trade laws, and global market dynamics.

Proven sales skills, with a track record of developing and managing international customer accounts and achieving revenue goals.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships across cultures.

Attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple export orders and deadlines concurrently.

Proficiency with MS Office and business communication tools; familiarity with ERP or export management systems is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Commerce, or a related field; relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing exports is highly desirable.
