Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing responsive, user-friendly websites that deliver a seamless digital experience. You should have a solid understanding of front-end technologies along with hands-on experience in WordPress development.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop visually appealing and responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript
Customize and manage WordPress websites, including theme customization and use of page builders such as Elementor and Gutenberg
Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into fully functional and pixel-perfect responsive websites
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and smooth performance across devices
Optimize website performance, loading speed, and overall usability
Implement basic SEO best practices such as meta tags, structure, and page optimization
Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality outputs
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently
Requirements:
2–4 years of relevant experience in web design and development
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript
Hands-on experience with WordPress (theme customization and page builders)
Valuable understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles
Experience working with Figma/Adobe XD designs
Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques
Basic understanding of SEO best practices
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like React JS is a plus
Solid time management and multitasking skills
