Roles & Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day production activities.
Monitor the manufacturing process and ensure smooth operations.
Assist in achieving production targets and quality standards.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Support process improvement and Kaizen activities.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
Prepare basic production reports and maintain records.
Learn and implement manufacturing best practices.
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a shop-floor workplace.
Basic MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.
