Role Description The Export Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. This role is responsible for identifying and developing international markets for Flax Laboratories’ bulk drugs and intermediates, including prospecting recent clients, managing existing accounts, and driving export sales growth.

The Export Marketing

Manager will conduct market research, analyze global industry trends, and develop export marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams on pricing, regulatory requirements, and logistics; preparing commercial proposals; negotiating terms; and ensuring timely order execution. The role also involves attending industry events, maintaining solid relationships with international partners, and providing management with regular performance reports and market insights.

Experience: 12+ Years Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Market Research and International Marketing to identify opportunities, assess demand,



and develop effective export strategies.

Candidates should possess skills in International Business and Export operations to manage documentation, compliance, and cross-border trade processes.

Candidates should possess skills in International Sales to build global client relationships, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets.

Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical, regulatory, and supply chain teams.

Proven experience in pharmaceutical or chemical industry exports is highly beneficial, especially in regulated markets.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field; additional certification in export management is an advantage.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple international accounts, and travel as required for client meetings and trade events.
