About the role

We are looking for an experienced Epicor Functional Consultant to join our growing ERP consulting team. The ideal candidate should have solid business process knowledge along with hands-on experience in ERP implementation, consulting, and customer interaction. The consultant will work closely with customers to understand business requirements, conduct workshops, prepare solution designs, support implementation, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Lead business requirement gathering and discovery workshops.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Fit-Gap Analysis, and Solution Design Documents.

Configure Epicor ERP/Kinetic modules based on business requirements.

Conduct CRP, UAT, end-user training, and Go-Live support.

Provide functional guidance to technical consultants for customizations, reports, dashboards, workflows, and integrations.

Coordinate with customers, project managers, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Support implementation, upgrade, and AMS projects.

Assist in preparing effort estimates, project documentation,



and customer presentations.

Ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills: 3–7 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant.

Hands-on experience in Epicor ERP / Epicor Kinetic is highly preferred.

Candidates with experience in any ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, IFS, Oddo, Sage etc.) are also encouraged to apply.

Experience in requirement gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis, BRD preparation, configuration, CRP, UAT, and user training.

Excellent communication, and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel for customer engagements when required.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) – Mandatory

CA, CMA, ICWA qualified will be given preference
