Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
Work extensively with Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Filters.
Handle TPA documentation.
Manage empanelment and renewal documentation with TPAs and corporate clients.
Process and maintain claim-related documentation accurately.
Maintain proper records and documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
Work on various TPA portals for documentation, claim status, and related activities.




Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth documentation and claim processes.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Filters).
Experience in TPA documentation.
Experience in empanelment and renewal documentation.
Knowledge of claim documentation and processing.
Solid record maintenance and documentation skills.
Hands-on experience with TPA portals.

Preferred Skills
Experience handling CGHS, Delhi Police, and Corporate empanelment and renewals.
