Role Overview:

The DTP Operator will be responsible for designing, formatting, and preparing print- and digital-ready files. The role involves working with text, images, layouts, and templates to create high-quality documents, marketing materials, and publications while adhering to brand guidelines and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and format brochures, flyers, posters, reports, newsletters, presentations, and other communication materials.
Work with graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all outputs.
Prepare, edit, and finalize artwork files for printing and digital use.
Ensure accuracy in layouts, typography, colors, and image resolution.
Convert text and images into print-ready or web-ready formats.
Handle multi-lingual typesetting and formatting as required.
Proofread and check layouts before submission to clients/vendors.
Liaise with printers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.




Maintain an organized archive of design files, templates, and resources.

Skills & Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience as a DTP Operator (agency, print house, or corporate setup).
Proficiency in DTP and design software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, MS Office).
Robust understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Ability to handle multi-language typesetting (advantageous).
Knowledge of print production processes (bleed, crop marks, CMYK/RGB, pre-press).
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
