Job Responsibilities:
Call and counsel students regarding our courses.
Understand students' requirements and guide them to the right course.
Explain course details, fees, and admission process.
Follow up with interested students until admission is completed.
Maintain student records and update the CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Handle student queries professionally via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Coordinate with the academic and support teams for a smooth admission process.
Requirements :
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confident and persuasive personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
Graduation preferred.
Experience in sales, telecalling, or education counseling is an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
